Barcelona NodeSchool is part of the global NodeSchool effort to voluntarily teach Node.js to anyone!
Our deep roots in the recruitment industry around the Academy are key on the Skylab Community. During our courses you will receive coaching about how to efficiently explain your skills and knowledge, and to negotiate multiple job offers.
Entrepreneurship & Investors
Solutions to real problems will find support. If you are willing to start your own company, you can be mentored by our experts in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, or talk to investors amongst our founder or community members.
We want to give back to the community. The coder profession has a major link with the developer community. The ever-changing industry makes it the only way to keep up is to share. We want to give back to the community while reinforcing the skills you are learning.
When you leave the Academy as a Skylab Coder, you join our network of programming enthusiasts. We want this community to be alive. You will be able to reach area experts (experts in different subjects such as algorithms, methodologies agile, cloud computing, React.js, Vue.js, etc.) within our network.
Every evening is different. You’ll ask guest coders about their work, attend dozens of meetups around the Skylab, go through mock interviews, etc. The program usually ends at 17h, but many students work longer to achieve epic wins on their assignments
Before applying to the Skylab Coders Academy, students should be prepared to dedicate themselves entirely to their education and its community: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week for 11 weeks. If you have questions, we encourage you to contact our admissions team.
